Just an announcement for those in the Portland area: The monthly meeting of the OCSS is tomorrow night (February 17) at 7:00 pm at the Sacred Heart Villa, 3911 SE Milwaukee. See you there.
Hi. Yes, the society has been around since the 40s. You can find out more by clicking on the title of this section which will take you to more information about the club. Briefly, meetings are held monthly with programs, etc., a newsletter is published 6 times a year, and the club has an extensive library of books and magazines about succulent plants available for free loan. Membership is currently $20.00 a year. Hope to see you at a meeting soon.
Interesting! I had no idea that there was an Oregon Cactus and Succulent Society. Can you tell me more about it?
