Mammillaria marksiana

Even when the flowers aren't available, sometimes there's the fruit, in some cases more colorful than the flowers themselves. These are no exception.

    So pretty! I saw one of these at the nursery this weekend, but I was buying mulch and didn't have an extra hand to pick it up and buy it. Wish I had!
