Echinopsis 'Barber Pole'

Today it was the turn for Echinopsis 'Barber Pole' to bloom in unison.
All together now!
I was repairing the back fence so these photos were taken by Lynn-Marie. And - oh - I've been corrected. We've been married 42 years, not 41. :-)

    first want to congratulate them for 42 years of marriage.
    and then I want to say I was charmed by the beauty of this flower, never seen one so nuanced .... congratulations on a cactus so special.

    Thanks Rosan.

    This is one of the Johnson "Paramount hybrids" that was created back in the 1940s - 50s. Very few nurseries grow them any more, but this one of our favorites.
