Epiphyllum oxypetalum flowers

We recently had the pleasure of having two blooms on our Epiphyllum oxypetalum on the same night. Each flower is 8 inches across.

  2. Hi Fern,

Thanks for your kind comments. Please consider becoming a "follower" at the bottom of the blog page.

The common name of Epiphyllum oxypetalum is "Queen of the night", but that name applies to several other cacti as well. They bloom at night for one night only and are highly vanilla scented.
