Stenocactus comptagonis

Summer is acting like it's already here this week with temperatures expected to reach 83F tomorrow. Feels good! The epies are blooming like mad, of course, but also this beauty, along with a few of the rebutias. (For those living in this area, be sure to protect your succulent from scalding in the bright sun this week. They're not used to it yet!)

X Aporophyllum 'Moonlight'

It is indeed spring, no less in the greenhouses than outdoors. 'Moonlight' is blooming like mad right now.
Of course, the plant itself - as with most Aporophyllum hybrids - isn't very exciting.

Spring is Here

Spring is definitely here. The native currant is blooming, along with the Magnolia, and everything is beginning to green up. And the fish in the pond are definitely loving it, especially after a colder than normal winter.
